Syntec Projects

January to June 2006 is proving a busy half-year for London based construction company Syntec Projects.

On the Retail/Shopfitting front:

The company will complete 3 projects in the period for expanding Irish Bookmakers Paddy Power in Shepherds Bush, Crystal Palace, and New Malden. Syntec have now completed 22 shops for Paddy Power.

June sees the handover of a 5 week shopfit for fashion retailer Arrogant Cat in Kensington Church Street, London, designed by Brinkworth Design

At the end of May Company hands over the 1st concession for new Coffee Company “Café Culture” in the Trocadero, London.

In June the company will implement the Brinkworth designed scheme for Firetrap’s 3rd store, an 8 week shopfit programme in Liverpool’s Metquarter

The company has commenced a 12 week fitout with structural works for Koenig Bookshops on Charing Cross Road, London. The architects for the project are David Chipperfield Architects

Commercial Fitout

In March the Company completed fitout works on a 3000 square foot office for Elvis Communications, the advertising, direct marketing and sales promotion group

Restaurant Fitout

The company will carry out a 3 week fitout programme for restaurant chain Digby Trout on the 5th floor of the Waterstone’s building in Picadilly. The project was designed by H Studios.

Domestic Refurbishment

In the current half year the company will complete a high-end refurbishment in Alexander designed by architects Found Associates
