July to December 2005 is proving a busy half-year for London based construction company Syntec Projects.

On the Retail/Shopfitting front:

The company will complete 5 projects in the period for expanding Irish Bookmakers Paddy Power in Cannon Street, Beckenham, Walthamstow, Wallington and Forest Hill. Syntec have now completed 19 shops for Paddy Power.

In early November, the Company hand over their first shop for Esprit, an 8000 square foot shop in Canterbury designed by award winning design consultancy Brinkworth. Preparation has also started for an Esprit shop in the Arndale Centre in Manchester.

At the end of October the Company hands over a Bar/Restaurant for the Wrights Brothers Oyster House that forms part of the regeneration of the Borough market area of London. The project was designed by Mike Arthur of MAD Architects. It is the second project the company have completed with Mike Arthur, the first being the Press House Wine Bar in Bridges Passage, London.

Earlier in the year the company completed a flagship shop in Floral Street for fashion retailer Full Circle and a concession for furniture company EDRA in Selfridges. Both projects were designed by Ab Rogers of ARD.
